He worked as a senior manager in the private sector between 1975-1993. Memet Aldikaçtı has been working as the main partner and Chairman of the Board of Berkosan Yalıtım ve Tecrit Maddeleri Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş. Memet Aldikaçtı speaks English and German.
  • Born in 1971, Enis Aldıkaçtı graduated from Kabataş High School for Boys in 1988 and completed his undergraduate studies in International Relations at Marmara University in 1993. He completed his master's degree at California State University - Long Beach in 1995. Since 1995, he has been working as a partner, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Berkosan Yalıtım ve Tecrit Maddeleri Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş.
  • Born in 1972, Meltem Vanlı completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Architecture in 1993, and completed her master's degree in Vienna Technical University, Master of Architecture in 1996. Meltem Vanlı, who worked as a Design Architect in Vienna between 1997-1998, worked as an architect and manager in important construction companies in Turkey between 1998-2003.   • Born in 1972, Murat Karataş completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Business Administration at Istanbul University in 1991. Between 1992 and 2022, he worked as a manager in the credit, intelligence and financial analysis departments of private sector and public banks (Ziraat Bank, Eximbank, Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası, Vakıf Bank).
