At the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company held on October 28, 2022 and numbered 2022-14, a decision was taken to increase the issued capital of your Company by 100% from TL 15,600,000 to TL 31,200,000, all from internal resources, and the decision was approved by the Capital Markets Board on 29.12.2022 and registered by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce on 09.01.2023.
